This problem does not happen very often as people work out of the same office most times. What do I need to do to make sure I have everything setup properly and how can I make DNS records update quicker or what can I do to make this work more smoothly for when someone goes from office to office?

So far that doesn't appear to have done anything. So just to be sure, is this user account also a member of Domain Users group?
Make sure password is strong and set to never expire ;-. This group is located in the built-in 'Users' container. Do not add any User accounts to this group! You can always uninstall the DHCP role, and then reinstall again. Obviously keep a backup of your current settings so that you can put them back in. Where do I check this? I can only find information about authroizing the server nothing about authenticating against AD.
