Your mouse pointer then turns into an editing tool. A bounding box also appears around the editable text in the PDF. Click and drag to select the text to edit. You can also directly click the bounding box to select all the text within it. After selecting the text to edit, then use the keyboard keys to make content editing changes. Then you can type, edit, or paste or simply marvel that you were able to move the cursor hither and thither. On a computer, you move the cursor by using a pointing device.

Click Text Field Tool. Position the cursor where you want the text field to begin. In the TouchUp Properties dialog box, select the Text tab. Select the fonts icon in the upper right. Select Add fonts to Creative Cloud in the left sidebar. Select fonts from your desktop to add them, or simply drag them to the space provided. Acrobat detects paragraphs and lists separately. Therefore, both paragraph and list may appear in the same bounding box while editing. After you save or save as the changed file and reopen it, the paragraph and list items are displayed in separate bounding boxes.

You can selectively apply a background to only specific pages or page ranges in one or more PDFs. A PDF supports only one background per page, but the backgrounds can vary from page to page. For more information, see Add backgrounds to PDFs. A watermark is a text or an image that appears either in front of or behind existing document content, like a stamp.
